BREAKING NEWS – HB 807 Presented to Governor Scott for Signature

This afternoon, the long-awaited signature by the Officers of the Florida House and Senate of HB 807, the “Practices of Substance Abuse Service Providers Act” occurred and the legislation is now being presented to Governor Rick Scott for final approval. We expect the Governor to execute the bill shortly, which has an effective date of July 1, 2017.
